A gentle first chapter in Munich for your children
Moving with small children means new carers, a new language and a new daily rhythm all at once. This package prepares your child before the move and walks with your family through the first eight weeks.
What happens, step by step

Before the move
Preparation session (online, 60 min)
We talk about your child's temperament, routines and languages. You get a plan for how to talk about the move, what to pack for comfort and how to keep familiar rhythms going through the chaos.

First weeks in Munich
Home visit (about 2 hours)
I meet your child through play in the new home, look at what is working and where the friction is, and we turn that into a written transition plan for Kita or school.

Kita or school start
Your transition plan
What the Eingewöhnung will look like, how to work with the educators, what to say at drop-off, and what is normal in the first weeks. In plain English, with the German terms you will hear.

Weeks 1 to 8
Three check-in calls and email support
Short calls to adjust the plan as your child settles, plus quick answers by email when a Kita letter or a hard morning leaves you unsure.

Private families. Billed to an employer or relocation firm: €950.
All prices are final. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG (small business).

Often, yes. Many relocation budgets cover "family support" or "settling-in services", and some employers have family-service programmes. I can send your HR team or relocation consultant a short description and invoice them directly. The employer price is €950 per family and includes a short written summary for HR, without any private details about your child.

This package supports a healthy adjustment. If your child has significant difficulties, such as persistent anxiety, I will help you find a paediatrician or licensed specialist and can work alongside them.
